Product tour
See it before you connect anything.
No signup, no IAM role, nothing to install. Below are the actual screens Reserver renders once you connect an account — sample data standing in for yours, so you can see exactly what you'd be looking at before you hand over a role.
01
Step 1 — Connect
One role. Read-only. Every account.
A one-click CloudFormation stack — or a pasted role ARN, if you'd rather do it by hand — grants Reserver Describe and List calls only. Nothing that starts, stops, modifies, or deletes. Connect a single account today, or a whole AWS Organization at once.
Worth it: Nothing here can touch your fleet — only read it. Revoke the role at any moment and Reserver goes blind instantly.
One click opens a pre-filled CloudFormation stack. Accept it, and the role exists — no console safari.
Already have a role that matches the template? Paste the ARN and external ID — no stack required.
Connect a single account today and add the rest of an AWS Organization later, without doing this twice.
describe* · list* — nothing that writes

Step 2 — See your coverage
The whole fleet, one map.
Every instance Reserver finds gets checked against every reservation you own. Coverage renders as a grid — filled cells are reserved, outlined cells are on-demand, amber is expiring — so a gap is something you see at a glance, not something you have to compute from a bill.
Worth it: $61,400/yr is sitting in the gap between covered and coverable, across 7 open recommendations on this fleet.

Step 3 — See the math before you spend
Every recommendation shows its work.
Not “consider a reservation.” A line item: instance class, region, and six ways to buy it — 1-year or 3-year, no/partial/all upfront — on-demand and reserved cost side by side, savings per year computed, not promised. The option Reserver would pick is starred; the other five are there so you don't have to take its word for it.
Worth it: $149/mo is not the expensive part of this decision. This one recommendation alone is worth $24,800/yr.

Step 4 — Never miss an expiry
A term ends at an hour, not a date.
Reserved Instances don't auto-renew — they lapse, quietly, and the gap bills at on-demand until someone notices. Reserver tracks every end date and puts the ones closing in on you at the top of the list, in red, before they've cost anything.
Worth it: Missing this renewal by even a few days would have billed the gap at on-demand — see what that's worth across your whole fleet.

Step 5 — Then act
Buying is a button today. A rule, next.
On Watch, every recommendation is a click in the AWS console. Autopilot adds the rules: re-buy a renewal before it lapses, reserve anything that's clearly staying, require sign-off above a threshold you set. This step is on the roadmap — shown here so you know exactly what's shipped and what isn't.
Worth it: Renewal autopilot is the difference between noticing a missed renewal and never having one.
Renewal autopilot
Re-buy 7 days before expiry, on the same terms. Notify #cloud-costs when it fires.
Age rule
Instance running longer than 90 days, uncovered → recommend a 1-year reservation.
Approval
Anything over $10,000 needs an owner's sign-off before it buys.
Same screens, any size
The screens above don't change. The scale behind them does.
One account and eight reservations, or forty accounts and thousands — the coverage map, the recommendation math, and the expiry radar are the same product, at the same flat price. Reserver is AWS-only; scale here means accounts and organizations, not other clouds.
