Full fleet inventory
Reserver scans every connected account for running RDS instances, ElastiCache clusters, and EC2 instances: class, region, AZ, engine, platform, the dimensions that decide whether a reservation applies.
Reservation ledger
Every Reserved Instance you own, in one ledger: term, payment option, expiry date, and, crucially, whether anything is actually using it.
Coverage map

Stability-aware
Reserver looks at how long an instance has been running before recommending a commitment. A database that's survived two years gets a different answer than one launched last Tuesday.
Old-generation detection
Reserver flags a recommendation built on a superseded instance family and names the current-generation families that replace it. Flag the family, and Reserver stops proposing a term on it.
Rightsizing caution
Reserver checks peak CPU over the trailing window and flags a recommendation when every contributing instance looks idle. Missing utilization data is never read as idle.
